The BE Safe System

This article describes a new program by Briggs and Stratton geared toward preventing injuries. Titled “BE Safe,” workers are now urged to think more openly about their safety. We discuss forklift safety on a regular basis in this blog, and it is exciting to see a major corporation integrating a widescale safety program as one of their core values. The “stop and think” philosophy adopted by Briggs and Stratton should go a long way toward reducing injury totals.
